About Kirsten
|
|
Kirsten Nieradtka, CPCC is the founder of You the creator. She is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach through the Coaches Training Institute, and is recognized as a life coach whose clients achieve noticeable results. She is an active member of the Relationship Coaching Institute, and offers seminars and workshops for singles who are looking to partner.
Prior to founding You the creator, Kirsten was a human resources executive at a well-known consulting firms, where she designed and implemented new compensation processes internationally. Kirsten is fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, German and French and enjoys working with people from diverse backgrounds.
Kirsten actively gives back to her community, as the founder and leader of The Breakfast Network Club (BNC), a thriving community for jobseekers and entrepreneurs. In addition, she teaches Career Management courses at Right Management Consultants, an international outplacement and human resources consulting firm. Kirsten is also an instructor of the Fast Trac suite of courses for entrepreneurs.
Kirsten is a graduate of Georgetown University and earned an MBA from University of Michigan. She resides in the city of Chicago.
